Nobody sees more billboard and out-of-home ads than truckers. This year for the 2018 Carte Blanche contest run by Astral Media, the Trucker Award was introduced – and our “Gridlock” campaign for SiriusXM took home the prize.
It’s not quite Cannes, but it’s still a great win – proof that our creative resonated well with one of our key target audiences for our client. A series of messages – such as “Waze can’t help you,” “Free parking next 5 km” and “Construction ahead, next 12 months” – aimed to inform drivers that gridlock traffic is unavoidable, so they might as well tune it out with SiriusXM Radio.
